RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Velisse we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery of your order.

RETURNS

To request a return, the product must be in suitable condition, preferably unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for returns due to change of mind or other personal reasons.

To start a return, contact us through our customer service email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the corresponding instructions.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product than what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos that document the issue.

In these cases, we will review the issue and, when applicable, may offer a replacement or a refund without the customer having to cover the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless it becomes necessary to use another method.

The time it takes for the amount to appear back in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged due to misuse, accident, modification, negligence, or normal wear and tear, unless applicable law states otherwise.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled as long as the item has not been prepared for shipment. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it, and the corresponding return procedure will need to be followed.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can request a return when applicable and place a new order.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not limit or exclude any applicable consumer rights under current law.
